State Senator Steven Choi, Ph.D (R-Irvine) has selected Kaori Sushi as the 37th Senate January District’s Small Business of the Month, recognizing the restaurant for its culinary excellence and positive impact on the local community.
Praised by the Michelin Guide, Kaori Sushi is known for standout dishes such as mara udon, gyu tongue, and kani blue crab “risotto,” as well as exceptional sashimi and nigiri featuring premium cuts like golden eye snapper, saba with shiso, toro with wasabi, and ika topped with yuzu kosho.
