The REACH Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth by providing engaging, real world, STEAM, and problem solving experiences that fosters innovation, imagination, and entrepreneurial thinking while developing skills like communications, collaboration, leadership, resilience, self-knowledge, and positive life choices. REACH partners with schools and communities to create safe spaces where young people can thrive. Homeless Intervention Services of Orange County (HIS-OC) has been serving unhoused and housing-insecure families since 1989. Originally founded by Placentia Presbyterian Church as a transitional shelter called HIS House, the organization provides private, shared housing and vital wraparound services including case management, job support, and family reunification.
Now an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit, HIS-OC continues to expand its programs while staying true to its mission—helping families overcome homelessness and achieve lasting independence. We are proud to represent and honor HIS OC for their unwavering efforts and support to the community.
Fullerton- Fullerton Junior All American
Bears Junior All American Football and Cheer is dedicated to inspiring youth through teamwork, sportsmanship, and character-building. Radiant Futures, formerly Women’s Transitional Living Center, has been a leader in preventing and addressing domestic violence and human trafficking in Orange County for over 45 years. As the county’s first domestic violence agency, Radiant Futures offers housing, counseling, legal support, and education for all survivors, while also working with those who have caused harm. Through personalized services and community partnerships, they’re building a future where everyone can live free from violence. Thank you for being a beacon of hope to the community. The Villa Park Women's League is a vibrant, community-focused organization that has been uniting women in Villa Park, California, since its founding in 1969. With over 300 members, Villa Park Women's League is dedicated to fostering friendship, philanthropy, and civic engagement through a wide array of social and service-oriented activities.
Operating under the motto “Caring, Commitment, Community—A Circle of Friendship,” Villa Park Women's League offers numerous opportunities for members to connect and contribute. Regular events include general meetings, seasonal celebrations, social gatherings, and local traditions.

With nearly 100 years of experience, Goodwill OC offers personalized job coaching, vocational training, and support services for people with disabilities, veterans, youth, and those with past justice involvement. Operating 23 retail stores and an e-commerce platform, ShopGoodwill.com, the organization reinvests proceeds to fund workforce development programs that empower thousands of community members each year. Celebrating its centennial in 2024, Goodwill OC is committed to building a more inclusive and connected community where everyone has access to meaningful career opportunities. The Dragon Kim Foundation, based in Irvine, California, empowers high school students to lead community-driven change by pursuing their passions. Founded in 2015 by Grace and Daniel Kim in memory of their son Dragon, the organization honors his love for music and commitment to service. Its flagship Fellowship Program provides teens with seed funding, mentorship, and leadership training to launch impactful projects, while the Music Program offers underserved youth free music education and instruments. Services include temporary financial aid for housing, transportation, nutrition, and out-of-pocket medical expenses; patient navigation to additional resources; and mental health support. Since 1998, Breast Cancer Solutions has assisted over 4,200 individuals, helping them overcome barriers to accessing and completing treatment . CarePossible, Inc., based in Laguna Niguel, California, is a organization committed to providing free mental health and addiction treatment services to veterans, military families, and low-income individuals. Founded in 2013 by Randy Moraitis, CarePossible has distributed over $5 million in behavioral health care scholarships and facilitated more than 8,000 therapy and counseling sessions. The organization partners with treatment centers, mental health professionals, and community organizations to offer comprehensive care, including therapy, counseling, life coaching, and addiction treatment. CarePossible also leads community education initiatives to raise awareness about mental health and addiction issues, aiming to reduce stigma and prevent suicide and overdose. Laguna Woods- OC Sheriff's Advisory Council
The Orange County Sheriff's Advisory Council (OCSAC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 1979 to support the Orange County Sheriff's Department through private funding and community engagement. Comprised of over 450 business and community leaders, OCSAC enhances public safety by providing financial assistance for equipment, training, and programs that fall outside the department's budget. Key initiatives include the Medal of Valor, Peace Officers’ Memorial, Project 999 (support for families of fallen officers), and drug prevention campaigns like "Drug Use Is Life Abuse." Through these efforts, OCSAC has contributed over $7 million to strengthen law enforcement and community trust in Orange County . Congratulations

Costa Mesa- Trellis International
Trellis International is a nonprofit based in Costa Mesa, California, dedicated to fostering collaboration among churches, businesses, and community leaders to address the city’s spiritual, relational, and practical challenges. Founded by local pastors and leaders, Trellis moves beyond prayer by facilitating partnerships and initiatives that strengthen the community. Laura’s House is a nonprofit organization based in Orange County committed to ending domestic violence and supporting survivors on their path to safety and independence. Since its founding in 1994, Laura’s House has provided a wide range of services including a 24-hour crisis hotline, emergency and transitional housing, legal advocacy, counseling, and prevention education. In 2022 alone, the organization assisted over 5,800 individuals affected by domestic violence and reached nearly 18,000 community members through outreach and educational programs. Laura’s House works not only to empower survivors but also to change social attitudes and behaviors that contribute to abuse.
